👥 Role: Java Engineering Manager / Techno-Functional Engineering Leader
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who brings the right combination of technical depth, project/program management, and people leadership.
This is NOT a pure Product Owner / Scrum Master / Agile role.
The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background and be capable of understanding technical challenges, guiding engineering teams, managing complex technical projects, and driving enterprise application delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do
• Lead and manage software engineering teams
• Provide technical guidance across Java, Microservices, APIs and React applications
• Drive end-to-end technical project/program delivery
• Partner with Architects, Product Managers, Business and Engineering teams
• Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and engineering excellence
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, releases and production issues
• Mentor Engineering Managers, Tech Leads and Engineers
• Drive application modernization and digital transformation initiatives
👤 What We're Looking For
• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years in engineering/team management
• Strong experience managing software engineering/development teams
• Proven experience in technical project/program management
• Strong Java/Microservices technical background
• Ability to understand and challenge technical decisions and guide teams toward the right solutions
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in Agile/DevOps environments

We are specifically looking for Techno-Functional Engineering Leaders.
Profiles that are primarily Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, PMO, or functional project management without strong software engineering and technical leadership experience may not be suitable.
