Role Description
This is a contract, on-site position based in Lucknow for a Java DSA Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs on Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). Daily responsibilities include training students and professionals, preparing course materials, conducting practical sessions, evaluating performance, and providing mentorship to help learners develop core programming skills. The trainer will also assist in aligning training content with current industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java programming, including core and advanced concepts
- Strong understanding and expertise in Data Structures & Algorithms
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create and deliver hands-on, interactive, and industry-relevant content
- Prior experience in mentoring or teaching students/professionals is a plus
- Familiarity with current industry trends in programming, development, and algorithms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
