Role Description
The Java DSA Trainer will design and deliver high-quality training programs on Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) to students and professionals. Responsibilities include preparing course content, conducting workshops, assessing learner progress, and offering mentorship to ensure industry readiness in software engineering. The candidate will collaborate with the curriculum development team to create up-to-date, project-based learning modules. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and familiarity with Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
- Experience creating and delivering technical training programs and content tailored to various skill levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to mentor learners and assess their progress effectively
- Prior teaching or training experience, especially in Java and DSA, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of current industry trends, practices, and tools in software development and programming
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
