🚀 We’re Hiring: Java Developer (Banking / Financial Services)

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to build and maintain scalable backend systems for banking and financial services platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience developing secure, high-performance, and transaction-heavy applications in a regulated financial environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Build and maintain secure RESTful APIs for financial and banking applications
• Develop high-performance systems capable of handling large transaction volumes
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and QA teams to deliver reliable solutions
• Ensure code quality, security compliance, and performance optimization
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and system design discussions
🔹 Required Skills
✔ 3 – 6 years of experience in Java development
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
✔ Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
✔ Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL / Oracle / MySQL)
✔ Experience with API security (OAuth2, JWT, authentication & authorization)
✔ Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies
🔹 Preferred Skills (Banking / FinTech Environment)
• Experience working with banking, payment, or financial systems
• Knowledge of transaction processing systems and high-availability architectures
• Familiarity with Kafka / RabbitMQ for event-driven architecture
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Understanding of security standards and compliance (PCI-DSS, secure coding practices)
• Experience working with API gateways and distributed systems
