Tech skills: Java21, REST, Spring Boot, NodeJs, SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB etc.), Microservices, APM-AWS Cloudwatch/Datadog/Splunk/Dynatrace, Openshift/AWS cloud deployments experience, Spring Batch/Autosys/Cron, Kafka, Javascript, Unit & Integration test framework, Good logical/analytical skills, Performance testing tools if any like JMeter (nice to have) etc., TDD/BDD (nice to have), Python (nice to have), graphQL (nice to have), Any exposure to AIML tools/POCs, Caching, In-memory computing etc. (nice to have)

Musts: Java (mandatory) & NodeJs (advantage) combined.
