Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers.
- Integrate applications with databases, REST APIs, and third-party services.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
- Prepare technical documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Java Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Design Patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Hibernate and JPA.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
