About the Role
We're building the next generation of Pharmaceutical Quality Management Software — and we're looking for a Senior Java Developer to help us get there. You'll work on a growing suite of GxP-compliant modules used by regulated life sciences manufacturers globally. This is a high-ownership role where you'll develop enterprise-grade features, collaborate directly with domain experts in pharmaceutical QA, and ship software that directly impacts patient safety and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop high-performance Java applications and RESTful APIs
- Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit and integration test coverage
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional Java development experience in a small boutique company. Not looking for people with experience in a multinational
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or similar)
- Proficiency with Git
- Prior work on SaaS products
