Industry: IT Services & Staffing — Recruitment firm hiring for enterprise software development roles across India. We place full-time, on-site engineering talent with product and services customers in domains including fintech, healthcare, logistics, and enterprise applications.
Primary title (best-performing): Java Developer
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver server-side Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture for production environments.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, data access layers (Hibernate/JPA), and database schemas to meet functional and performance requirements.
- Write clean, testable code and create unit/integration tests to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to integrate services, perform deployments, and troubleshoot live issues on-site.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and refactoring to improve scalability and reduce technical debt.
- Document designs, runbooks, and API specifications to enable smooth handoffs and operational support.
