Primary title: Java Software Engineer. Location: India — On-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and operate microservices-based components with emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement data persistence using Hibernate/JPA and tune SQL queries for optimal performance.
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frequent, safe releases.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Preferred
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building Java-based backend systems and microservices. Strong debugging skills, familiarity with Linux environments, and experience working in agile teams. Must be able to work full-time on-site in India.
