Role: Java Developer
Location: Hyderabad, Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to design and development of high-performance, scalable applications in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, architecture ownership, and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications
- Architect and build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
- Drive best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams
- Review code, ensure quality, and enforce clean, maintainable architecture
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis
- Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in release planning
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and system design
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with relational databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle
- Familiarity with Maven / Gradle, Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience leading or mentoring developers in an agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
