About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java technologies, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and modern backend development practices. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and building scalable applications, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
- Build scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Work with NoSQL databases for efficient data management.
- Implement messaging solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Follow Agile development methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience in implementing REST APIs.
- Experience with at least one NoSQL Database (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
- Experience building Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and J2EE applications.
- Good knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem Solving.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with Maven, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit 4 and Mockito.
- Exposure to AWS Services, particularly EC2 and S3.
- Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or similar coding assistants.
