About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Angular Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with a focus on Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers, to deliver seamless digital solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of robust, efficient, and user-friendly applications that align with best practices and industry standards.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Develop high‑quality, scalable web applications using Angular (v9+) and TypeScript, ensuring responsiveness and optimal performance.
- Build modular, reusable components, services, and UI modules to streamline development and maintenance.
- Leverage RxJS, observables, subjects, operators, and async data handling to manage complex data flows efficiently.
- Implement routing, guards, interceptors, and reactive forms to enhance application functionality and security.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data exchange and functionality.
- Optimize application performance through techniques such as lazy loading, OnPush change detection strategy, and code-splitting.
- Write comprehensive unit tests using Jasmine and Karma to maintain high code quality and facilitate continuous integration.
- Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Additionally, the following skills and experience are required:
- 4 to 8 years of overall front-end development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Angular framework.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
- Deep understanding of RxJS and reactive programming principles.
- Experience working with Reactive Forms, Validators, and FormBuilder.
- Expertise in Angular core concepts such as Components, Modules, Pipes, Dependency Injection, Routing, and Lifecycle Hooks.
- Experience with integrating RESTful APIs into Angular applications.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills
While not mandatory, the following skills will be considered advantageous:
- Experience with state management libraries such as NgRx or Akita.
- Knowledge of Nx, micro-frontends, or monorepos architecture.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (A11y) and internationalization (i18n).
- Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Protractor.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and containerization with Docker.
- Basic skills in Node.js for front-end tooling and build processes.
