Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in backend application development, microservices architecture, and scalable distributed systems. The ideal candidate should come from premier institutes such as IITs or NITs and possess strong problem-solving and coding abilities. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance enterprise applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Location: Bangalore
Mode of Work: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java
- Build and enhance microservices-based architecture
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external/internal systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery cycles
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives
Good to Have Skills: - Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
- Exposure to Kafka/RabbitMQ or event-driven systems
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Understanding of distributed systems and concurrency concepts
- Exposure to PostgreSQL/MySQL databases
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Education Qualifications:
- BE/BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Candidates should be from premier institutes such as IITs or NITs
