Job Overview

We are looking for a Java Delivery Lead with strong full-stack expertise and leadership capabilities to manage end-to-end delivery, client interactions, and technical execution.

The ideal candidate should be a hardcore deep-tech resource with hands-on experience across backend, frontend, cloud, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Leadership

• Lead end-to-end project delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Manage and mentor development teams
• Act as the primary customer-facing point of contact
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery timelines

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java and modern frameworks
• Lead architecture discussions and implement microservices-based solutions
• Ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security

Collaboration

• Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure smooth coordination between offshore/onshore teams

• Angular / React.js / Vue.js
