Job Overview
We are looking for a Java Delivery Lead with strong full-stack expertise and leadership capabilities to manage end-to-end delivery, client interactions, and technical execution.
The ideal candidate should be a hardcore deep-tech resource with hands-on experience across backend, frontend, cloud, and microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Leadership
- Lead end-to-end project delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Manage and mentor development teams
- Act as the primary customer-facing point of contact
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery timelines
Technical Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java and modern frameworks
- Lead architecture discussions and implement microservices-based solutions
- Ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security
Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure smooth coordination between offshore/onshore teams
