Job Description

Mandatory Skills :

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience in microservices architecture
  • Ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance, resilient applications
  • Experience with cloud-native development
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation
  • Experience with DevOps practices
  • API development experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Experience in database management (SQL/NoSQL)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Spring Cloud and related frameworks
  • Hands-on with AWS / Azure / GCP (multi-cloud exposure)
  • Mentoring/leadership experience (beyond core role)
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, caching, event-driven architecture
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker, orchestration like Kubernetes
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
  • Knowledge of security best practices in microservices
  • Experience in performance tuning and debugging
