Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled
Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java technologies and a passion for building high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
- Build scalable and high-performance applications using Java technologies
- Develop and implement microservices architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and DevOps
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Ensure code quality, security, and best practices
- Participate in Agile development processes
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Java (latest versions)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot Microservices
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
Good to Have
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
- Exposure to Kafka or messaging systems
- Understanding of API security and performance optimization
