Java Developer – Backend (Spring Boot)Company Overview

Position Overview
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Multithreading. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems, building RESTful APIs, and contributing to high-performance applications.
Job Details
- Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
- Experience: 5–6 Years
- Employment Type: Full-time
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java & Spring Boot
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for scalable applications
- Work with databases (SQL / MongoDB preferred)
- Implement multithreading and concurrency for performance optimization
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
Required Qualifications🔹 Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading)
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Experience with MongoDB / SQL databases
- Knowledge of Java Streams, Exception Handling, Concurrency
- Familiarity with Linux environment
- Experience with Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of API design and system architecture
Experience & Education
- 5–6 years of experience in backend development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ownership mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kafka / event-driven architecture
- Exposure to AWS or cloud platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments
