We are looking for skilled Java Backend Developers (4–7 years) who can join us next week after completing the screening rounds. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact, scalable, cloud-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable microservices, ensuring clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
- Work with distributed systems, API integrations, and database operations.
- Perform root cause analysis, log analysis, and debugging using modern monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Design and optimize RESTful APIs with strong focus on performance and developer experience (DX).
- Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure code reliability.

- Java (Core + Advanced), Spring Framework, Spring Boot
- SQL & PostgreSQL
- Microservices architecture
- Kubernetes, Docker (Compose/Swarm)
- Distributed Systems, System Design
- Redis, RabbitMQ
- Logging & Monitoring:
- SLF4J, Log4J
- Micrometer, Prometheus, Grafana
- New Relic (logs, dashboards, traces)
- API Gateways / Web servers: NGINX, Apache APISIX
- GCP Cloud Services:
- CloudSQL
- GCS
- Secret Manager
- Build & Dependency tools: Gradle, Node, NPM, Artifactory
- Testing Frameworks:
- TestNG, JUnit, Jest, @testing-library
- Unit, Integration, Functional, Performance profiling
Good to Have
- Experience with AI/ML tooling to accelerate development and RCA.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of UX/DX patterns.
Required Experience
- 4–7 years of hands-on backend development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, system-level thinking & clean coding mindset.
- Excellent communication & ability to collaborate with teams.
