About The Role
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on our core platform, focusing on building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications that support our comprehensive testing and monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a particular emphasis on database integration and performance optimization. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a solid background in full-stack development with expertise in Java and modern web technologies. A strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server is essential, along with experience in database schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. Familiarity with the Spring ecosystem, Hibernate, and JPA is required. Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in data-driven applications, performance troubleshooting, and system scalability. Experience working in fast-paced, remote teams and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued. Additional experience in customer communications management (CCM) or performance-sensitive systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Java utilizing the Spring framework, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with database teams to design and optimize schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and analyze execution plans for performance improvements.
- Investigate and resolve production performance issues by analyzing system bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
- Work with large datasets, understanding how data behaves under load, and applying best practices for data management and retrieval.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions, providing data-centric insights to guide design decisions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality code standards.
