Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in core Java, Angular, and data analysis tools. The role involves designing and delivering alert generation workflows, migrating legacy processes, and supporting enterprise technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in agile environments, automation, and financial services tools, supporting the development of scalable, reliable, and compliant applications that contribute to operational efficiency and risk management.
Software Requirements
Required Software Proficiency:
- Core Java (latest LTS version, e.g., Java 11 or 17) — extensive development experience supporting scalable enterprise systems
- UI development: Angular (latest version), JavaScript, TypeScript — strong skills in building responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces
- Data analysis tools: PL/SQL — proficiency in data profiling, lineage, and supporting analytical needs
- DevOps tools supporting automation: Jenkins, Gradle, JIRA, Autosys — for continuous deployment, issue tracking, and automation support
- Cloud familiarity supporting deployment and integration in enterprise environments (preferred)
Preferred Software Skills:
- Big Data technologies: Certifications or experience supporting data-driven solutions (preferred)
- Machine Learning, Python, or Predictive Analytics — for advanced analytical solutions (preferred)
- Security tools and frameworks supporting compliance standards (e.g., Actimize) — supporting financial crime detection (preferred)
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of alert generation and case creation workflows supporting financial or operational processes
- Drive the migration of legacy scenarios to strategic, scalable architectures supporting enterprise stability
- Develop and optimize data transformation pipelines and workflows supporting analytics and operational needs
- Collaborate with business, data, and technical teams to gather requirements and define logical and technical solutions
- Automate deployment, testing, and operational workflows supporting CI/CD practices
- Troubleshoot system, data, and application issues efficiently, supporting high availability and security compliance
- Support and enhance existing tools, frameworks, and configurations to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain documentation on system design, data lineage, workflows, and compliance processes supporting audits and standards

Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience developing, supporting, or migrating enterprise applications with core Java and Angular frameworks
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing alert workflows, case management, and data migration projects in enterprise environments
- Experience in financial services, compliance, or operational risk management environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, automation, and CI/CD pipelines supporting enterprise delivery
- Support experience in legacy scenario migration to modern architectures (preferred)
Day-to-Day Activities
- Develop, test, and deliver alert and case workflows supporting operational or fraud detection processes
- Lead migration efforts from legacy systems to optimized, scalable solutions supporting business stability
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to implement and enhance workflows
- Automate processes, build data pipelines, and optimize deployment workflows supporting agile delivery cycles
- Troubleshoot data, application, and system issues supporting high-availability environments
- Maintain detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, data lineage, and operational procedures
- Provide ongoing support for production environments and support audits and compliance checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience supporting enterprise applications with core Java and Angular
- Certifications supporting Java development or enterprise applications are preferred (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Professional)
- Experience in financial services, operational risk, or compliance environments supporting enterprise standards
