Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Raipur for a Senior Territory Manager in Customer Care at Solis Yanmar Tractors India. The role includes managing and supporting dealers, addressing customer concerns, monitoring service operations, and ensuring effective implementation of after-sales service strategies in the allocated territory. The candidate will work towards building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, conducting training sessions, and meeting performance goals. The role will require travel within the territory, combined with the flexibility of working remotely for certain tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in analyzing customer data and implementing effective service solutions
- Experience in team management and dealer network support
- Knowledge of the agricultural equipment industry or tractor products is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, agriculture, engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
