About the role

As a Global Rewards Partner, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation and benefit programs globally. This will include working closely with HRBP's, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that our reward offerings are competitive, aligned with business needs, and support the attraction, motivation, and retention of our talent. This is a 12-month FTC covering a period of maternity leave. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus/incentive plans, and long-term incentives. • Oversee the administration of global reward programs, including payroll, benefits, and leave management. • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits remain competitive. • Partner with HRBP's and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop appropriate reward strategies. • Support employee relations matters related to compensation and benefits. • Provide guidance and training to managers on reward policies and processes. • Maintain and improve reward-related data, metrics, and reporting. • Contribute to the development of the overall HR strategy and roadmap. Requirements: • Significant experience in a global reward management role, ideally within a matrix/international organization. • Strong understanding of compensation and benefit program design, administration, and compliance. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations. • Highly collaborative, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex reward concepts clearly. • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in multiple countries is preferred. • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification is desirable. • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
