Senior Endpoint Management Engineer on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure for setup, administration & monitoring of Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, Android endpoint devices and employee work environment.
Skills Required
- 7+ Years of experience with proven 5+ years' relevant experience in Endpoint Management (setup, administration and security) with Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint) and Azure Cloud.
- Additional Experience on Azure Fabric (Power BI), Power Apps & Viva development will be helpful.
- Must have very good hands-on experience in setup and administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Configuration Manager, Defender), on-premises Exchange, LDAP, PowerShell scripting, Azure AD, ADFS, Azure Virtual Desktop (Pooled, Personal), Security Admin, Azure Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Cloud App Security
- Intune Endpoint Manager with hands on experience for Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, Android. Proficient in Conditional Access, Device/ App configuration, Compliance Policy setup and remote management.
- Deep domain knowledge and hands on experience on both SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online in Design, test, implement, and support integrated SharePoint solutions.
- Hands on experience with SharePoint application Site development (Form and Workflow development and maintenance).
- SharePoint Online/OneDrive for Business administration
- Application packaging and creating Work Platforms for mobile, Windows, Linux, and Mac devices.
- Automate the routine tasks with proficiency on PowerShell Scripting
- Proficient in monitoring tools Traverse/SCOM/SolarWinds etc.,
- Experience in end user experience management tools like Nexthink etc.,
- Software/Patch/OS updates distribution tools like SCCM/BigFix etc.,

As well as possessing the required technical skills, you will be a confident individual capable of working in a busy development (DevSecOps) and operations environment with a focus on Endpoint Management activities using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Responsible for architecting and developing process for on boarding of new users and assigning a secured endpoint device like mobile, desktop/ laptop/ AVD (Windows, Linux, Mac) using Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Responsible for ensuring the required application packages and work platforms are deployed correctly and SharePoint/ OneDrive access is provided as per role and responsibilities.
- Responsible for Creating, Maintaining, Updating, Deploying and Deleting profiles and policies - Compliance Policies, Configuration profiles, Conditional Access, App Protection Polices, App Configuration polices, Security and Compliance etc.
- Responsible for Management and Setup of SharePoint sites.
- Build internal scripts, tools, and automation processes to enhance deployment, detection, and response capabilities.
