As the Senior Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers who are focused on ensuring our mid-market customers are achieving their goals and seeing maximum value from Jasper AI. You will oversee a portfolio of customers, develop strategies to drive customer retention and growth, and partner closely with our Sales, Solutions, and Product teams to deliver exceptional experiences. This is a remote role based in the United States.
