About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2002 and is a close-knit team of three who value independence, trust, and steady growth. Before becoming an agent, I worked in sales and was later recruited by State Farm. That background shaped my practical, results-oriented approach to running the office.

For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, licensing paid up front, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We believe in taking care of our team while maintaining a productive and professional environment.

Our culture is laid back and easy going. I don’t believe in micromanaging—I hire capable people and trust them to do their job well. We’re looking for someone who fits that same mindset: hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated. If you value autonomy, a relaxed atmosphere, and a stable, supportive team, this could be a great place to build your career.
