Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Key Responsibilities:


Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.


Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.


Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and collaborate with hiring managers for feedback.


Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.


Job Posting & Employer Branding: Draft and publish compelling job descriptions and promote our employer brand.


Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.


Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and hiring progress.


Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and labor laws.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.


Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment best practices.
