About the role

Qualities

Seasoned solution architect that has experience in designing enterprise scale applications
Modern architecture, security and integration patterns, e.g. Microservice, event driven, domain driven design, Oauth, Cloud native concepts
Java, Spring/Springboot background. Is not required to code but needs to be hands on, able to navigate code and conduct code reviews
Fluent in communication. Able to articulate technical ideas to both technology and business audience
Excellent presentation skills: Need to handle management, business, and executive level presentations
Collaborative in nature
Great sense of ownership and responsibility
Self driven and proactive
Able to coach and guide development team throughout implementation cycle of the solution.

Expectations:

Lead and own end to end solution for Digital Technology, from frontend to backend, covering both functional and non-functional aspects
Lead the design of cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet both business objectives and the goal of operational efficiency
Support rest of technology teams throughout the project life cycle in understanding the solution
Be an active player in consultant community, maintaining consistency across the platform, and adopting best practices
