Founded by Misbah Ashraf, former founder of community-focused e-commerce platform Marsplay, and Nishchay AG, former director and founding member at mobility start-up Bounce, Jar's unwavering mission is to shatter psychological barriers to saving and investing, thus spearheading the Financial Fitness revolution for Bharat.

Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with our customer base.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains at the forefront.
Content Creation:
Produce high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
Write compelling and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and other promotional materials.
Influencer Collaboration:
Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
Coordinate influencer campaigns and collaborations to drive brand awareness and product visibility.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements
Proficient in Telugu.
1-2 years of experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
