Role Description
This full-time, on-site role, based in Pune City, is for a Japanese Language Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality Japanese language training to students preparing for international opportunities. Duties include designing lesson plans, conducting engaging and interactive classes, assessing student progress, and providing individual guidance to improve language proficiency. The trainer will also integrate cultural and workplace elements into lessons to prepare students for real-life scenarios.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Japanese language, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Experience in teaching or training, with the ability to create lesson plans and deliver structured instruction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with diverse learners effectively.
- Knowledge of Japanese culture, customs, and workplace practices to provide holistic training.
- Certification in Japanese language proficiency (e.g., JLPT N2 or above) is preferred.
- Prior experience in language training, education, or related fields is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in languages, education, or related fields.
- Ability to be proactive, flexible, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
