We are looking for an experienced and analytical SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing team. If you have strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) along with Japanese language proficiency, this is a great opportunity to work on global projects and enhance your career growth!
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and support SAP FICO modules based on business requirements
- Manage financial accounting, controlling, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and cost center processes
- Work closely with finance and business teams to gather requirements and provide functional solutions
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects
- Handle integration activities with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP FICO modules
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user training materials
- Coordinate with technical teams for developments and customizations
- Ensure compliance with financial processes and reporting standards
- Communicate with Japanese clients and stakeholders for project discussions and coordination
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in SAP FICO Consulting
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules
- Good understanding of financial accounting, controlling, taxation, and business processes
- Experience in SAP implementation, support, rollout, or enhancement projects
- Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- JLPT N2 / JLPT N3 certification or fluency in Japanese is mandatory
- SAP certification will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
