Role Description
The Japanese AI Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The AI Trainer will be responsible for training and refining AI models in Japanese, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness. Daily responsibilities include evaluating and annotating data, refining language models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining quality standards, and providing feedback for continuous improvement. Close attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (N2/N3) (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience working with AI models is a plus.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in training and refining language models.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience with tools and software relevant to data annotation and language analysis is beneficial.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to new challenges in a fast-growing domain.
