- Learn SAP functional skills in areas such as SD, FICO, MM, PP, PS, or PM (Plant Maintenance).
- Comprehensive classroom-based training followed by on-the-job training will be provided.
- Assume a consultant role in ongoing SAP implementation or AMS projects.
- Communicate and coordinate with the onsite team/client team for project execution.
- Understand the implementation lifecycle using SAP and apply it to project execution.
- Gather and document business requirements through client interviews and other research.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and document business solutions, ensuring requirements are met.
- Create design and configuration documentation for the modules being implemented.
- Configure SAP modules based on design requirements.
- Assist in the solution, documentation, and testing of technical enhancements to SAP, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows.
- Prepare training materials and work instructions to train end users and jointly test the delivered solutions.
- Prepare and present updates and other presentation materials to internal teams, client teams, and executive leadership throughout the project.
- Bilingual – Japanese (JLPT N2), English (Business level).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a quick learning ability.
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
