The Construction Superintendent will serve as a key member of JANSON’s rapid national growth and is seeking a proven Construction Superintendent to immediately lead and scale our field operations across the United States. Responsible for overseeing complex building renovation and modernization projects supporting defense, federal, and commercial customers. This leader will serve as a key point in strengthening our national construction operations, mentoring field leaders, and ensuring every project reflects JANSON’s commitment to quality, accountability, and mission success.


The ideal candidate is all contractor personnel shall possess an active Secret security clearance or be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Personnel without an active clearance may perform unclassified preparatory work while clearance processing is underway..

Key Responsibilities

· Lead all field operations for JANSON’s construction and renovation projects nationwide 

· Manage and oversee GC teams, subcontractors, and Field Operations Managers across multiple active job sites 

· Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards 

· Drive coordination between project management, clients, subcontractors, and A&E partners. 

· Ability to review and assess As-Built drawings.

· Must be familiar with MEP and HVAC.

· Oversee scheduling, logistics, manpower planning, and site execution activities 

· Utilize PROCORE as the primary platform for project documentation, reporting, tracking, and communication 

· Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress reviews 

· Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, federal construction standards, and company policies 

· Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, service excellence, and operational discipline

Qualifications

· Minimum 10 years of construction site management and field leadership experience 

· Proven experience managing large-scale renovation or modernization projects 

· Expert-level proficiency in PROCORE required 

· Strong leadership experience 

· Experience in working with local DPW, USACE and or GSA preferred but not required. 

· Extensive knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control 

· Ability to travel throughout the United States 

· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
