We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and drive Indiamart leads conversion and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads Conversion:
• Manage and convert leads generated through the Indiamart platform.
• Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and messages to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Track and analyze lead conversion rates and strategize to improve performance.
• CRM Management:
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Generate regular reports on CRM data and sales activities.
• Attendance Management:
• Monitor and maintain the attendance records of the staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies related to attendance and leave.
• Generate monthly attendance and leave reports for HR and management review.
• Coordination and Reporting:
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align lead management strategies.
• Provide regular updates to management on lead conversion progress and attendance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in Indiamart leads conversion and CRM management.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and the Indiamart platform.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
