Stock and maintain guest amenities and linens

Assist guests in the proper use of spa, salon, and fitness facilities

Actively monitor guest activity and well-being throughout the facility

Transport linens to and from laundry facilities

Assist and serve guests in the Juice Bar

Take responsibility for the Juice Bar cash drawer and ensure it balances at the end of each shift

Sell and prepare beverages and pastries in the Juice Bar adjacent to spa facilities

Ensure the Juice Bar is cleaned and maintained throughout each shift

Report linen shortages or other discrepancies to the Manager on Duty

Move, store, and stock furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed

Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information about the spa, salon, and fitness areas

Ensure smooth operation of the spa, Juice Bar, and fitness center; complete all shift duties as assigned

Respond to guest requests, complaints, and inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner

Attend all scheduled departmental meetings

Remove trash from work areas and transport to designated disposal areas

Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the spa and fitness center

Restock guest refreshments, supplies, and Juice Bar inventory as needed

Restock and maintain the fitness center

Adhere to AAA standards and departmental policies
-
Follow all grooming and appearance standards as outlined by leadership
