Corporate Lawyer - Dubai

This highly reputable international law firm is actively seeking to add a mid-level corporate lawyer to it's Dubai office. Applicants need not be Arabic speakers nor be based in the region already, however they must hold a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience and be moving from a highly reputable international law firm with a strong transactional practice. The target range for this position is 3-6 PQE. The successful applicant will be taking on a broad range of M&A, PE, and ECM work. Applicants do not necessarily need experience in all of these areas but being able to demonstrate M&A and either PE or ECM will be an advantage.
