About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, dynamic and forward-thinking sales team supporting the hotels market. As a Proactive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and nurturing existing relationships with hotel clients and stakeholders. You'll utilise your sales and relationship building skills to proactively source and secure new business opportunities, whilst also managing a portfolio of existing hotel clients. Duties and responsibilities include: - Identifying and targeting new hotel clients through proactive and effective sales techniques - Building and developing strong relationships with new and existing hotel clients and stakeholders - Managing a portfolio of hotel clients, ensuring excellent levels of customer service are delivered - Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets through new business generation and account management - Attending and representing the business at relevant industry events and conferences - Providing regular sales performance reporting and updates to the wider team and management
