JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for coordinating shipments to stores and directly to customers. This position is in our Distribution Center located on our main campus in Kerrville, TX. This is a Part-Time Temporary position, which will start on Monday, 11/24/2025 and will end on Tuesday, 12/23/2025. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 5:00PM-9:00PM. There are additional required weekend shifts including a Saturday OR Sunday for the following dates/times:

  • 11/29-11/30 - (8:00AM - 2:00PM)
  • 12/6-12/7 - (8:00AM-2:00PM)
  • 12/13-12/14 - (8:00AM-4:30PM)
  • 12/20-12/21 - (8:00AM-4:30PM)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Physically receiving and putting away merchandise, packaging supplies (boxes, mailers, cards, bags, etc.) and printed materials (catalogs, order inserts, etc.) including unpack-aging.
  • Picking and replenishing merchandise from inventory locations to fulfill retail or direct customer orders.
  • Packaging merchandise for shipment as well as other items.
  • Receiving merchandise from internal departments (retail stores, manufacturing, etc.) and external sources (customers, vendors, etc.).
  • Maintaining a high degree of accuracy and a strong attention to detail.
  • Observe all safety regulations; participate in safety training; report all unsafe conditions to the appropriate company personnel.
  • Adhere to Company policies including but not limited to the Attendance Guideline, Freedom from Harassment and Employee Discount Guideline.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Ability to perform repetitious, detailed work.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to routinely lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as an alcohol, controlled substance and illegal drug screen that meets company standards.
