We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager Intern who is curious, organized, and creatively inclined. This role sits at the intersection of client servicing, research, and creative thinking.
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients and understand campaign briefs and requirements
Research industries, brands, and campaign trends to support client strategies
Conduct competitive analysis to identify content angles, positioning, and gaps in the market
Assist in creating proposals and pitch decks for potential and existing clients
Coordinate with internal teams including creative, production, and creators to keep projects on track
Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals for ongoing campaigns
Use Canva to help build presentations, concept boards, and simple visual assets
Understand and evaluate ad scripts, hooks, and content structures for short-form videos
Contribute ideas for hooks, scripts, and campaign concepts with minimal reliance on AI tools (we value human creativity and insight)
Assist in campaign documentation, reporting, and project updates
What We’re Looking ForStrong communication and coordination skills
Ability to research and think strategically about brands and competitors
Basic design and presentation skills using Canva or similar tools
Creative instinct for advertising, storytelling, and short-form content
Comfort understanding scripts, hooks, and ad concepts
Someone who can think independently and not rely heavily on AI-generated outputs
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Internship Details3-month internship program
Daily commitment of 5–6 hours
Stipend: Market Standard
