Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced AFM & BFM Faculty to deliver high-quality teaching, create exam-oriented study resources, and guide banking professionals toward success in JAIIB and CAIIB certifications.The ideal candidate should possess strong banking and financial management knowledge with the ability to simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly explanations.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Mentorship
- Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures for AFM and BFM subjects.
- Mentor banking professionals and provide strategic preparation guidance.
- Conduct doubt-solving and revision sessions to strengthen conceptual clarity.

Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct quizzes, chapter-wise tests, and mock examinations.
- Analyze learner performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with RBI guidelines, banking industry trends, treasury operations, and IIBF examination updates.
- Continuously improve teaching methodologies and content quality.
Eligibility Criteria Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Management, Economics, CA, CMA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or related fields from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Prior experience teaching JAIIB/CAIIB subjects, especially AFM and BFM, is highly preferred.
- Candidates with prior banking industry experience will have an added advantage.
- Preferred Certifications
- JAIIB and/or CAIIB qualified candidates preferred.
- Relevant banking or finance certifications are a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial management concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex banking concepts for learners.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
