Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our team on a 1-year contractual basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, drive organization-wide HR strategy, and lead initiatives that directly impact culture, performance, and people experience. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and driving high-impact people practices.
  • Lead critical HR processes such as performance management, policy implementation, retention planning, and compliance management.
  • Own HR data integrity, ensure accuracy in the HRIS, and drive data-led decision-making by publishing HR dashboards and tracking AOP goals.
  • Take charge of employer branding and external communication by managing the company’s Social Media presence and driving meaningful, consistent content.
  • Enhance employee experience through thoughtfully designed engagement programs such as Townhalls, culture events, Fun Fridays, birthdays, and milestone celebrations.
  • Continuously propose and implement engagement initiatives that reinforce a high-performance, inclusive, and people-first culture.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in HRBP roles, with strong exposure to employee engagement and operations.
  • Experience managing HR processes such as onboarding, retention, and policy adherence.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Excel for dashboarding and reporting.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for driving engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in handling social media (especially LinkedIn) for employer branding is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
