About the role
Key Responsibilities:
• Processes payroll for Australia and New Zealand regions
• Maintains employee payroll records and processing
• Ensures payroll compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
• Assists with payroll related queries from employees
• Supports the monthly and year-end payroll processes
• Liaises with the finance team and other departments as required
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the ANZ region
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations in Australia and New Zealand
• Proficient in using payroll software and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
