Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a “Hotel Front Desk Supervisor” for Gold Dust West Elko. This property features a modern interior with the latest slot machines and table games including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker. Across the parking lot is our 80-room Hampton Inn featuring Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, fitness center and a hot breakfast for all guests.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Overseeing all Front Desk Staff’s day-to-day work duties
- Handling and resolving guest issues or complaints
- Scheduling Front Desk Agents to meet business needs
- Supervising all Front Desk new hire training
- Completion of special projects that have been assigned
- Providing support to Hotel Management as needed
- Follow all policies and procedures for guest, employee and hotel safety
- Stay current with all Hampton brand training programs and comply with Hampton brand standards
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous supervisory experience in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry preferred
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
- Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
