Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of an “Accounts Payable Clerk” for Gold Dust West Carson City. This property features 148 modern hotel rooms and suites, a 32-lane Bowling Center with full Snack Bar, an RV Park, full-service Sports Book the ever-popular Grille Restaurant.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintains accounts payable system
- Prepares various reconciliations, verifies accuracy of data and resolves questions or problems
- Prepares accounts payable reports and performs other accounting reporting as requested
- Provides support for year-end audit and prepares schedules and documents for independent auditors as needed
- Maintains other accounts and performs other accounting duties as required or as requested by the Controller and or Accounting Manager
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must be able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
- Must be independent, a self-starter, organized and in constant communications with supervisor and other related personnel
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting or accounts payable experience
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
- Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
