</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Maintain and care for flower pots and garden beds, ensuring optimal plant health.</li>
<li>Monitor soil moisture levels and apply appropriate watering techniques.</li>
<li>Prune, deadhead, and fertilize plants as needed to promote growth.</li>
<li>Identify and manage pests and diseases using sustainable practices.</li>
<li>Assist in designing and arranging plant displays for seasonal changes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to enhance overall garden aesthetics.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service by answering client inquiries about plant care.</li>
<li>Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of plant care, including watering, fertilizing, and pest management.</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a passion for gardening.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills for client interactions.</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as pots and soil bags.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.</li>
