General Job Description
The Caretaking Services Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of all caretaker properties under Jackson Hole Resort Lodging (JHRL). This role ensures exceptional property maintenance, homeowner satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, homeowners, and internal teams.
Job Duties
- Manage all caretaker properties, ensuring timely and thorough maintenance and service coordination.
- Conduct weekly property inspections and ensure prompt resolution of identified issues.
- Maintain accurate records of property details, service history, and vendor activity.
- Assist with data entry related to property management and departmental accounting.
- Coordinate and transport client vehicles to and from the airport as needed.
- Operate and maintain caretaking vehicles in accordance with company policies.
- Provide after-hours on-call support to address urgent property issues.
- Identify and evaluate potential issues with property systems (hvac, irrigation, security, etc.) And coordinate the necessary repairs.
- Communicate with property ownership and clients as appropriate.
- Integrate the caretaking department into other facets of JHRL for efficiency and collaboration.
- Utilization of Breezeway software to track work orders, coordinate vendors, and schedule tasks via the system calendar.
- Coordinate service provider work requested by clients, ensuring completion and satisfaction.
- Manage billing processes and maintain current accounts with service providers.
- Supervise service coordinator and ensure weekly property checks and follow-up work are completed.
- Support the development, communication, and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide on-call coverage as needed.
- Support other departmental personnel as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Caretaking and Director of Lodging Operations.

- 2+ years of property management experience.
- Real estate license preferred.
- General computer and maintenance training.
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of home systems (HVAC, irrigation, security, etc.).
- General office and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Bookkeeping and budgeting experience.
- Reliable 4WD/AWD vehicle for daily job functions.
- 2+ years of property management experience required.
- General computer and maintenance training required.
