Job Description:

This is a seat at the founder’s table. The team is looking for a Founder’s Associate to dive into strategy, ops, marketing, and growth — basically, the glue that holds things together. If you’re entrepreneurial, thrive in chaos, and like spinning plates at high speed, this is your shot.

Location:

Remote, Sweden

Responsibilities:

• Partner with founders to drive high-impact projects across strategy, growth & ops
• Launch and manage marketing campaigns, both online and in-person
• Keep investors close with clear updates & insights
• Support sales, from CRM wrangling to legal doc prep 🚀

Ideal Candidate:

• Engineering degree in hand (non-negotiable)
• 2–4 years in consulting, banking, startups — or built your own thing
• Founder-energy: resourceful, ambitious, and allergic to red tape
• Strong communicator who can wrangle stakeholders and make things happen

Compensation:
