General Manager- Casino Operations ​ Our client in the leisure and hospitality industry is hiring a General Manager. This position will be responsible for the complete setup and management of a casino on a cruise ship Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of gaming operations. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to optimize gaming revenue and profitability. Lead and motivate a team of gaming professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and gaming experiences. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of casino operations with overall cruise operations. Analyze performance data and implement measures to drive continuous improvement. Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction and cultivate a positive and engaging environment for guests. Partner with regional and corporate teams to share best practices and drive innovation.
