We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Nursery & Grounds Crew Associate to support the daily operations of our Randolph, WI Garden Center, with a focus on keeping our garden center and nursery looking beautiful and running smoothly all season long!
What You’ll Do:
- Keeping nursery area and plant beds neat and healthy
- Assisting with watering in the Nursery
- Helping maintain irrigation systems
- Tackling weed control
- Yard clean up as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times throughout the day
- Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours throughout the day
- Knowledge of plants and gardening preferred, but we will train
- Previous landscaping, nursery, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
